Qorlo provides ecommerce workflow software and guided operational reviews for Australian merchants.

Use of Qorlo

Merchants use Qorlo to review and manage ecommerce support, fulfilment, tracking and workflow information. Access may require account approval, verified business information and connected channel credentials.

Approval-gated operations

Live shipping, label purchase, carrier setup, wallet actions, billing changes and marketplace writeback remain approval-gated unless explicitly enabled for the merchant account.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of store, order, product, customer, carrier and payment information they connect to Qorlo.

Service changes

Qorlo may improve, pause or restrict features to protect merchants, customers, data, carriers, marketplaces and platform stability.
