Qorlo reviews billing or pilot concerns case by case and keeps live money, wallet and shipping actions approval-gated.

Software and pilot fees

If Qorlo charges a software, setup or pilot fee, refund eligibility depends on the agreed service scope, usage, access period and whether the service has already been delivered.

Carrier and third-party costs

Carrier labels, postage, marketplace fees, payment fees and third-party provider costs may be non-refundable once purchased or consumed by the merchant.

Review process

Refund requests should include the account, invoice or transaction reference and the reason for review. Qorlo will assess the request before taking any billing action.

No automatic wallet action

Wallet credits, refunds and carrier voids are not processed automatically from public requests.
