Amazon features for authorized sellers
Qorlo requests only the Amazon roles needed for the seller-approved workflows used by a tenant. It does not use Amazon Information for advertising, resale, lead generation, or unrelated analytics.
Direct-to-consumer shipping
Use restricted recipient details only for label preparation, address checks, carrier shipment creation, and seller-reviewed dispatch workflows.
Buyer support context
Where the seller and Amazon-approved roles allow it, Qorlo keeps support context beside fulfillment work so staff can draft and review customer-facing replies.
Tracking upload
Qorlo stores carrier tracking against the shipment and uploads seller-approved shipment confirmation to Amazon when the seller dispatch workflow is completed.
Tenant separation
Each seller tenant has separated accounts, channel connections, operator access, audit trails, and fulfillment data. One seller cannot access another seller's Amazon data.
Australian operations
Qorlo focuses on Australian seller-fulfilled workflows, including Australia Post/eParcel, local address formats, warehouse checks, and multi-channel order review.
Data handling and security controls
Qorlo is operated by TEQ Pty Ltd for business sellers. Amazon Information is collected only after seller authorization and is used only for the approved seller operations described on this page and in the legal policies.
Collection and use
- Seller-authorized OAuth connection only.
- Order, shipping and support data is used for fulfillment and support operations.
- Amazon Information is not sold or used for advertising.
Restricted data
- Recipient name, address and phone are accessed only when needed for shipping workflows.
- PII is access-controlled, tenant-scoped, encrypted in transit and protected at rest by managed cloud controls.
- Operational retention is minimized and reviewed for Amazon restricted data.
